    I’m inclined to believe that the British press will say whatever they think might sell more papers.

    nah, it’s a lovely picture. Maybe it was just a simple misprint by the Telegraph or maybe they are just really thick. Whatever it is, i’m sure they will be all shot first thing in the morning.
